Journals of the Convention of 1845

This information is provided for all Texians to examine the fraud committed in 1845 by this so-called convention.

While there may have been a desire to become a State of the American union, the whole process was unlawful.

This unlawful process was achieved in two steps, an unlawful resolution from the US Congress, and an unlawful Ordinance in Texas by the Convention giving away the sovereignty of the Texian Nation.

Journals of the Convention, assembled at the city of Austin on the Fourth of July, 1845, for the purpose of framing a constitution for the State of Texas. Austin: Miner & Cruger, printers to the Convention, 1845
